Cathy Feliciano-Chon is the founder and managing director of CatchOn – A Finn Partners Company. Founded in 2001, CatchOn is a brand communications consultancy with offices in Hong Kong and Shanghai and works in the intersection of design, hospitality, tourism, and wellness. Their clients include some of the leading hotel groups, architectural design firms, property companies and consumer brands.

CatchOn drives design thought leadership -- producing 2 editions of “Made in China” Reports and more recently “Future Cities: Reflections on the Post-Pandemic Reawakening of our Cities and Neighborhoods.”

A native of Los Angeles, Cathy has called Hong Kong home since 1997 and has witnessed the phenomenal evolution of the design movement in Asia. Cathy has been widely published, quoted in publications and is a sought-after speaker for her keen insights on the Asian consumer market and emerging trends. She is a board member of the Global Wellness Summit and has been on the judging panels of several hospitality, tourism and wellness awards.
