As Head of Media Sales & The Trust, APAC Julia leads Dow Jones’s media sales operations across the Asia Pacific region with teams based in Hong Kong, Singapore, China, South Korea and Japan. Her role involves managing cross-departmental functions including sales and the operations of The Wall Street Journal Barron’s Group’s in-house creative consultancy, The Trust, as well as setting strategic priorities in order to establish partnership-oriented solutions for clients.


Prior to Dow Jones, Julia led The New York Times’s regional media sales team in Asia, playing an important role in expanding The Times’ presence in the region by opening new advertising offices in Singapore and Tokyo and helping to launch the services of its T Brand Studio.  Julia began her career in the publishing industry at Penguin Random House before working at Fairfax Media in advertising sales.  Julia earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at The University of Queensland and also undertook a portion of her studies at La Sorbonne Nouvelle - Paris III.
